Chats

"Indicators → Chats", the chats icon in the header or the "Chat" button in a document card.

A chat opens in a side drawer on the right. It has two panels: the list of chats with search and filters, and the feed of the selected chat; the arrow takes you back to the list. The drawer does not cover the document card, so unsaved form changes are kept. When the account has connected integrations, the chat is the first icon of the rail in a document card.

A chat is attached to a document or a counterparty. The feed has three kinds of messages, distinguished by background:

• internal - visible only to employees;
• sent to the counterparty - go out as an email to the address from the counterparty card;
• from the counterparty - incoming replies.

Mentions. Type @Lastname (or @"Ivan Petrenko" if the name has spaces) - the employee becomes a chat participant and sees a counter on the chats icon in the header.

The limit per chat is 100 messages and 20 files.
