Profitability report

"Reports → Profitability". The report includes items of posted Shipments and Retail sales minus Returns for the period.

Modes are switched at the top: by products (default), by employees, by customers, by sales channels.

Columns

• Sales: quantity, price, cost, amount, cost amount.
• Returns: quantity, amount, cost amount.
• Product margin = Profit / Cost × 100.
• Sales margin = Profit / Revenue × 100.
• Profit = (Sales amount − Returns amount) − (Sales cost − Returns cost).

Loss-making sales are shown in red. Clicking a row opens the list of documents that make up the figure.
