Filters and columns

Filter

The "Filter" button above the list opens the field panel. Each field has a condition (the dot to the left of the name): "Contains", "Does not contain", "Empty", "Filled", "In range", "Within period".

Dates have quick periods: yd · tdy · wk · mo. Periods are calculated in the company time zone, so they are the same for all employees.

A configured filter can be saved (the bookmark icon) and opened with one click; a saved filter can be shared with a department or with specific employees.

Columns

The gear on the right above the list → the "Columns" tab: which columns to show, in what order (by dragging) and how wide (drag the border in the table header). Column settings are personal for each user.

The "Default" button restores the standard set. Export downloads exactly the visible columns in their order.
