Migration from MoySklad

"Settings → Integrations → Migration from MoySklad".

Step 1. Token

Enter a MoySklad user token. The token is stored encrypted and is used read-only - nothing changes in MoySklad. After verification the system shows how many records of each type the account has.

Step 2. Mode

• Dictionaries only - settings, company structure, counterparties, assortment.
• Dictionaries and stock - the same plus opening stock as a single Enter dated at the start (with cost from MoySklad, so FIFO starts correctly).
• Full history - plus documents; the document period is limited by a date.

Step 3. Execution

The migration runs in stages; you can see the current stage and the "created / updated / skipped" counters. An interrupted migration can be started again - there will be no duplicates: everything already migrated is updated, new records are loaded.

What is not migrated

"Chestny ZNAK" and EGAIS marking, Russian print forms and cash desks, role permission sets. The Skladnyk base currency remains the hryvnia: amounts are transferred as is, without conversion, the document currency and rate are preserved.
