Stock report

"Reports → Stock". The report has two variants:

• By products - a row for each assortment item: stock, reserve, awaiting, available, cost and total cost. The row expands by warehouses.
• By warehouses - a row per product, a column per warehouse. Variants are not shown separately: their stock is added to the product.

Indicators

• Stock - the actual quantity in the warehouse.
• Reserve - how much is reserved by posted customer orders.
• Awaiting - how much is expected from purchase orders.
• Available = Stock − Reserve + Awaiting.
• Cost - by FIFO, by incoming batches.

Filters

Stock as of a date, warehouse, product group (with nested ones), product, supplier, "Stock" and "Available" ranges, checkboxes "Only with reserve", "Only with awaiting", "Negative stock", "Below minimum stock".
